We use the information submitted through the form — name, email, phone number, message and how you heard about us — to receive, organize and respond to your inquiry. We also produce internal statistics about the volume and sources of inquiries.
We rely on legitimate interest (LGPD article 7, IX, and article 10) to organize business contact history and produce internal statistics, considering necessity and individuals’ rights. When you request a quotation or steps toward a contract, handling that request also relies on pre-contractual procedures requested by you (article 7, V).
This form is for business inquiries. Do not send patient details, health information or other sensitive personal data.
Gigante’s customer service/privacy team reviews the need for retention at least annually. Records without a continuing justified purpose are deleted; you may also request deletion using the contact below.
Identifying information and message content are stored encrypted, with access restricted to authorized people. We also use infrastructure providers to process the form, send the email notification and maintain records.
Contact records are retained while a purpose and lawful basis justify keeping them, until their explicit deletion. The need to retain them is reviewed periodically. Deleting personal information does not necessarily remove aggregate statistics without identifiers. Technical recovery copies follow provider retention periods and procedures intended to prevent deleted records from being restored to active use.
